At KI Residences, the living space is not designed to impress loudly, it is designed to reveal itself slowly.

The home opens into a living area anchored by warmth and tactility. A dry pantry sits seamlessly within the space, clad in dark wood and softened by cream tones, creating a quiet ritual zone for drinks and everyday pauses. Brick backsplash detailing introduces texture without overpowering, while rattan accents add a layer of natural ease, familiar, breathable, lived-in.

Curves appear intentionally throughout the space, guiding movement and softening transitions. From curved ceiling details to rounded cabinet lines, the language of the home leans away from rigidity and towards flow.

The feature wall is the heart of the living area, designed with three distinct functions concealed within a single architectural gesture. When needed, a hidden projector descends discreetly from the top cabinet, transforming the room into a private cinema. When not in use, the same wall becomes a settee with integrated storage, turning the space into a conversational nook, a place for slow evenings, casual conversations, and unstructured moments. Fluted detailing conceals the air-conditioning unit, ensuring functionality remains invisible, never intrusive.

Materially, the feature wall is finished in a cream, limewash-inspired laminate, allowing light to move gently across its surface. Day curtains filter daylight softly, pairing with light grey flooring to keep the space grounded yet airy.

From the living area, a corridor leads quietly to the private zones of the home. Above, fibre optic ceiling lights scatter across the passage like distant stars, a subtle, almost unexpected detail that turns a transitional space into an experience.

The study is where the home reveals its most playful ambition. Taking advantage of the condo’s generous ceiling height, a custom loft net is introduced. Below, two work desks form a practical shared workspace. Above, the net becomes a floating retreat, a place to lounge, read, or simply pause above the everyday. Full-height blinds frame the space, allowing the room to shift effortlessly between focus and rest.

In the bedroom, the design returns to restraint. Soft curves continue in the coved ceiling, creating a sense of enclosure and calm. Elegant bedside lighting replaces harsh overhead illumination, reinforcing the idea that this space is meant for unwinding, not stimulation. Simple, cosy, and intentional, the bedroom feels like a quiet exhale at the end of the day.

Throughout the home, nothing is overly decorative, yet everything is considered. This is a space where design does not demand attention, but rewards it, a home shaped by moments, movement, and the luxury of subtlety.
